Erica Mosher joined TBIA in 2019 as an Executive Assistant. She is the first point of contact for clients and provides invaluable service from initial contact through life’s transitions, while keeping the office operating efficiently. Erica manages account maintenance, processes various account transactions, and provides clients with top-tier service.
Erica prepares the office staff and conference spaces for client meetings, manages inbound phone calls, and supports the office with scheduling and daily reporting. In addition to front-office responsibilities, Erica manages key operational tasks such as processing incoming checks, handling LPL notification management, and maintaining accurate client information across platforms.
Before working in financial services, she spent years as a preschool teacher. That experience taught her a lot about communication, staying organized under pressure, and understanding what people need before they have to ask for it. Those skills translate directly to this work.
A Burnt Hills resident, Erica and her husband, David, are proud parents of their two kids, DJ and Kayla. Her biggest passion is her family. When she is not at work, she’s cheering on her kid’s games, or you'll find her snowmobiling through the Adirondacks, hiking local trails, cooking family meals, or tackling a new crafting project. She’s also a longtime Denver Broncos fan, which keeps Sundays interesting.
